One thing I love about the Twin Cities is the freeway system. You can easily get around on multiple roads that criss-cross each other. The I-35 runs north and south, splitting into the 35W into Minneapolis, and the 35E which takes you to St Paul. I travel these roads the most. Even though some locals will tell you traffic is bad, I always tell them to try traffic around Los Angeles and San Diego first, then come back and let me know if traffic is bad here in Minnesota. It doesn’t even compare!

The 35 runs north to Duluth and goes all the way down to the Mexican border in Laredo, Texas. Dallas is the only other city where Interstate 35 splits into an East and West branch around the city.
