When photographing my listings, I am constantly looking for different angles to take a photo from. Doing so gives the buyer a different perspective, and also highlights an area that might not get it’s just exposure when a buyer walks through the home.
Take for instance the photo above. I think by taking the photo from this angle, instead of doing a direct shot of the fireplace, makes one feel like actually sitting by the fireplace while sipping on a cocktail or cup of hot tea. It combines two activities into one and makes the photo more interesting.
